The mask is a very interesting element which penetrates different layers, from theater and
pop culture to religious rituals, finds its way through different themes and
enters the spiritual world at the same time that it is literally and superficially a layer in
itself.
It also appears over time in different cultures but is contextualized
in a specific local culture and environment.
This time, the mask was used to communicate different emotions. Playing with aesthetics
to see ourselves face to face with the different emotions and recognize them as elements that
arise in all of us independetly from what ever the cause may have been. Could we be more empathetic?
Understand that we all feel the same emotions at a given point?

La máscara es un elemento muy interesante el cual penetra diferentes capas, desde teatro y
cultura pop hasta rituales religiosos, encuentra su camino a través de diferentes temas y se
adentra en el mundo espiritual al mismo tiempo que es literal y superficialmente una capa en
ella misma.
También aparece a lo largo del tiempo en diferentes culturas; sin embargo, se contextualiza
en una cultura y entorno local específico.
En esta ocasión, use la máscara para comunicar distintas emociones. Jugando con la estética
para vernos cara a cara con las diferentes emociones y reconocerlas como elementos que
surgen en todos nosotros afectados independientemente de cual sea la causa. ¿Podríamos ser más empáticos?
